Understand your baby’s movements and access trusted tools to monitor, learn, and take action — all with Flutter Care.

Fetal activity is a key indicator of a healthy pregnancy.

As your pregnancy progresses, you’ll begin to notice your baby’s first gentle movements, usually between 18 and 20 weeks. By 26 weeks, those flutters turn into familiar patterns you’ll come to recognize each day. Flutter Care helps you track these special moments effortlessly, in ways that feel natural and supportive.

How it Works

How to track fetal movements?

Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable. Notice each kick, roll, or flutter, and record how many you feel and when. Try to track every day, ideally at the same time, for about one hour. If you notice a change, contact your healthcare provider right away.

Types of fetal movements you might feel include

Kicks

Strong, distinct jabs or thumps as your baby stretches or changes position.

Flutters

Gentle, butterfly-like sensations. These are often the first movements you’ll notice.

Swishes

Smooth, gliding motions as your baby turns or shifts inside the womb.

Rolls

Slow, rolling movements that signal larger, full-body shifts.

This app is amazing. The ability to track different types of movement and see the data is a great way to watch your little one's movement history and can give you peace of mind and help recognize early signs of concern. A must-have app for every pregnancy!
